“I Will Never Again Believe That ‘a Man Is A Plan…’ ”

One Thing I’ll Never Do Again

“I will never again believe that ‘a man is a plan.’  I learned the hard way after my ex left me—along with my then 1- and 2-year old girls—stuck with no resources. Trusting your relationship doesn’t mean being co-dependent and losing your identity. Having a Plan B is a healthy practice that a good partner will support.” –Elayna Fernandez, Naples, Florida

I will never again lock my friend up in the room and look for her fanatically in the classroom.I have a very loving, dedicated and patient friend who was also my room mate in college. I was like a absent-minded proffesor back then. Once I blatanly locked my friend in the room and left for a class, while she was busy studing. I managed to scare most of my other friends that day at college, especially since I was under the sincere impression that she was already in the class. Thank God that my friend knew me so well and believed me later when I showered her with apologies, and also it was a day before the exams. My friend didn’t have to attend college and studied her way to awesome marks for that exams.
