We love the idea of meditation, but who has the time? Best You pal Priscilla Warner, author of the new book Learning to Breathe, found an answer: multitask. One meditation expert told her, “If you’re immersed in an experience, that’s meditation. For instance, you can peel potatoes and be meditating [at the same time]. If you step outside and feel the crisp air after a big storm passes through, that’s also meditating.” Finally, according to Priscilla, after 40 years of panic attacks, her  potato-peeling is paying off. Find your own potato and get to work.
